Court Appointed Attorney Information

Attorneys wishing to be placed on the Appointed Felony Defense list in any district within the five counties  should review the plan for the county in which they wish to seek appointments and then complete the application requesting appointments.  The three district judges also handle juvenile matters in Bee, Live Oak and McMullen counties and a request for those appointments follows the same procedure as the felony appointment requests. The San Patricio County Court at Law handles Juvenile appointments for that county and the Aransas County Court at Law handles appointments for that county- Requests for juvenile appointments in those courts need to be addressed to that court.
